Pro Odyag receives a high volume of production inquiries from customers across different countries, and the previous manual process often resulted in delays, missed messages, and inconsistencies, especially when responding in multiple languages. The company needed a streamlined way to automatically capture website submissions, instantly notify the team, and communicate with clients in Russian, Ukrainian, or English. Maintaining clean and organized CRM records would support follow-ups and eliminate the risk of lost or duplicated leads.
Solution
A comprehensive automation was built using Make.com, Airtable, Telegram Bot API, Gmail, and a Webhook connection from Wix.
The system delivers the following functionality:
Captures new form submissions directly from the Wix website
Sends structured data to Airtable
Uses AI to draft a message according to the user’s language
Sends multilingual confirmation emails automatically
Delivers instant notifications to the company’s Telegram bot
